In my free time, I will either be at the gym or on the rugby field, I  volunteer with RCM-SAR Royal Canadian Marine Search and Rescue, giving time back to the community and supporting the coast guards.

I am always doing my best to be a great dad and role model to my two children in everyday life activities and with their sports and health.
