We've only been with Hello Rent company for less than three months, but so far, we've been very satisfied with the service. Our property manager, Ken, has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed assistance. He made the whole process much easier, and we truly appreciated his professionalism and ongoing support.

Nina Knudsen is the gold standard of what a property manager can be for a tenant. Any concerns or issues that have popped up over the last 4 years have been clearly communicated and swiftly addressed, going above and beyond at times. e.g. once even coming to let us in to our apartment late at night while we were locked out.

We've been renting through Royal LePage Sussex Property Management since September 2025 and have had an excellent experience. Our property manager, Nina Knudsen, has consistently been responsive, professional, and helpful throughout our tenancy.

Whenever maintenance issues have come up, they have been addressed promptly, with repairs scheduled and resolved in a timely manner. Nina communicates clearly, keeps us updated, and is proactive in helping navigate issues that involve contractors, the landlord, or strata.

Having had some challenging rental experiences in the past, we've especially appreciated working with someone who is organized, communicative, and genuinely cares about both the property and the tenant experience. We love living in our home and have been very happy with the support we've received.

We had Trish Pineau as our Property Manager - she is completely fantastic. She is charismatic and down to earth. She is fair, but shows genuine care of tenants. Super fast communications and anything that came up was handled quickly. She goes the extra mile to make transitions smooth for tenants and owners.
